Description

Specs-

Double 58 gallon mixing hoppers with hydraulic driver mixing paddles allow continuous grouting.

30 gallon dumping hopper that the mixing hoppers dump into is mounted between the mixing hoppers.

A 3L]6 progressive cavity grout pump producing 15 gpm. and 225 psi pumps the grout.

The hydraulic system is powered by a 20.3 HP electric start Honda engine with a 5 gallon gas tank allowing long run times.

A two section hydraulic pump allows the grout pump to run independent of the mixers and water pump.

A hydraulic driven water pump is included allowing the operator to fill the hoppers with water and also wash down the machine when finished.

A 30 gallon hydraulic reservoir provides enough oil for the system to run cool.

The grouter is built on a 90”x 48” x 64”tall 3” channel frame, weight 1,800 lbs.

The machine is equipped with center lifting points for easy handling.
